During the campout at Skidaway Island on September 14th and 15th, the Troop Committee gathered and began making plans for the 2002 - 2003 scout calendar.  The known events are posted on the calendar pages which can be accessed by the link above.

One of the things that came out of the meeting, along with calendar planning, was evaluations and goals.  The following represents the committee's evaluation of events in the 2001 - 2002 year, and goals set for the 2002 - 2003 year.
